目的：建立一种用HPLC法测定苯磺酸氨氯地平片含量的方法.方法：采用20RBAX EclipseXDB-C18柱（4.6 mm×215;250 mm,5μm）,流动相：甲醇-0.03 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液（75∶ 25）;检测波长237nm,流速为1.0 ml/min.结果：线性范围8.55～85.5 μg/ml（r=0.9999,n=5）,回收率为99.6％,RSD为0.43％.结论：本法结果准确,可用于苯磺酸氨氯地平片的含量测定.

Objective： To establish a HPLC determination acid amlodipine in the way. Methods： 20 RBAX Eclipse XDB - C18 column （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm）, mobile phase： methanol - 0.03 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution （75：25）; detected at 237 nm, a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Results：The results of the linear 8.55--85.5 μg/ml（r= 0. 9999, n = 5）, recovery was 99.6%, RSD to 0.43 percent. Conclusion：The results of the accurate and can measure the acid content of amlodipine.
