摘要
目的：探讨胆囊切除术致胆管损伤的原因及处理方法.方法：回顾总结赤峰学院附属医院2001～2010年间收治的32例胆管损伤病人的临床资料.结果：全部病例均为胆囊切除术后,胆管损伤发生后,经过手术治疗后痊愈,随访1年以上.结论：胆囊切除术致胆管损伤的处理时机及方式是关键.
Objective：To investigate the reasons and treatment of bile duct injury caused by cholecystectomy. Methods：The clinical data of 39, patients with bile duct injury treated from 2001 to 2010 in Affiliated Hospital of Chi Feng College were analyze dretrospectively. Results： All patients were performed cholecystectomy complicated with bile duct injury . All patients were cured by operations. The follow up period of more than 1 year. Conclusion： The key bile duct injury caused by cholecystectomy is treatment in proper time and in correct way.
