直肠黏膜及内痔悬吊注射、外痔“⊥”形剥切术治疗环状混合痔118例临床疗效观察

Suspension ＆ Injection for Rectal Mucosa and Internal Hemorrhoids,＂⊥＂ Shaped Dissection ＆ Resection for External Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids：Clinical Effect of 118 Cases

为探讨一种治疗环状混合痔的微创手术方式，我们根据临床经验设计了直肠黏膜及内痔悬吊注射、外痔“⊥”形剥切术，并应用该方法治疗环状混合痔患者118例。结果显示，118例患者全部治愈。创口愈合时间为8～14d，平均12d。术后创口轻微疼痛95例，轻度疼痛4例，明显疼痛1例；自行排尿116例，导尿2例；肛门坠胀感99例，均自行缓解；创口轻度水肿5例；无大出血病例。随访1～4年，无肛管狭窄、排便困难、黏膜外翻、感觉性肛门失禁、肛门潮湿及肛门漏气等后遗症发生。结果表明，该方法治疗环状混合痔疗效肯定，并发症轻，无后遗症，值得临床推广应用。

In order to explore a mini-invasive procedure for treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids based on author＇s clinical experience they designed a combination procedure,i, e suspension ＆ injection for rectal mucosa and internal hemorrhoids combined with ＂⊥＂ shaped dissection ＆ resection for external hemorrhoids, and performed this procedure on 118 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. As resuits,the 118 patients all got cure;the time for wound healing was 8-14 days（averaged 12 days） ;after operation slight pain of wound was in 95 cases,mild pain in 4 cases,distinct pain in 1 case;own urination accord was in 116 cases,urethral catheterization in 2 cases;99 cases had tenesmus sensation,but all relieved by it- self;mild edema of wound was in 5 cases;no massive bleeding cases was found;the follow-up of 1 to 4 years did not find any anal stenosis, dyschesia, mucosal eversion, sensory anal incontinence, anal wetting and anal leak air, etc sequels. Results show that this combination procedure in the treament of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids has definite curative effect,mild complication,and no sequelae,which was worthy to be popu-larized clinically.
