电子结肠镜下治疗大肠息肉116例临床分析

Treatment of 116 Cases of Large Intestinal Polyps Under Electro-coloscope：Clinical Analysis

为探讨电子结肠镜下治疗大肠息肉的安全性和可行性，根据大肠息肉的大小、形状、类型分别采用电子结肠镜下高频电凝电切、微波气化凝固、黏膜注射圈套高频电凝电切治疗大肠息肉患者116例。结果显示，116例患者均一次治疗成功，无肠穿孔等严重并发症发生。随访6个月至1年，成功随访93例，均无复发。结果表明，电子结肠镜下治疗大肠息肉安全可行。

In order to explore the safety and feasibility of treatment of large intestinal polyps under electro-coloscope, 116 patients were respectively subjected to high-frequency electro-coagulation resecnon, to mi- cro-wave vaporization coagulation, and to mucosa iniection and snare then high-frequency electro-coagula- tion resection according to the size, shape and type of their polyps under electro-coloscope. As results, the 116 patients got successful treatment outcome primarily, no severe complication （e. g intestinal perforation, etc） was founds93 cases got a success of follow-up of 6-12 months without recurrent one. Results show that treating large intestinal polyps under electro-coloscope is safe and feasible.
