摘要
制备了激光快速成型用光固化树脂 ,分析了光固化树脂收缩的原因 ,研究了光固化树脂的收缩行为对成型零件翘曲和变形的影响 ,从树脂本身微观分子结构和引起翘曲的机理方面来解释零件的变形行为 。
The photocuring resin for Laser Rapid Prototyping & Manufacture was prepared,the shrinkage reasons of photocuring resin was analyzed,and the effect of the photocuring resin shrinkage on parts curl distortion was studied.It made also an explanation on parts distortion phenomenon from resin microstructure and curl mechanism,and putforwarded methods to improve it from the aspects of resin and scan technology.
