摘要
通过一系列试验,研发出一种以钢棉纤维、矿物纤维、纤维素纤维、玻璃纤维混杂为增强材料,适用于中、重型载货汽车的无石棉制动片配方。配方在原材料选择方面,充分考虑性价比,优选各种原材料,使最终产品有较好的性价比及市场前景。该配方产品特点是制动灵敏、使用寿命较长,同时也满足环保要求,适合于中、重载车用户多拉快跑的实际需求。产品投入市场后反映良好,深受用户好评。
Through a series of experiments,a fomula of non-asbestos brake pads is developed for heavy truck that used steel fiber,cellulose fiber,glass fiber for reinforced materials.In the choice of raw material,the ratio of performance to price is considered,preferably all kinds of raw materials are elected,the final products are cost-effective and good market prospect.The products of the formulation are sensitive breking,long service life,and also to meet the requirements of environmental protection,the product can meet the demand for heavy-duty car pull more,and faster.The products are praised by market and users.
