摘要
本文对不同产地石灰石循环流化床(CFB)燃烧脱硫活性进行试验研究,研究了不同石灰石加入量(不同钙硫比)、不同温度对石灰石脱硫活性的影响.研究表明:所选择的石灰石样品CaO含量基本都大于50%;随石灰石加入量增加,脱硫活性随之增加,当钙硫比达到4.57~5.11之间,增加幅度均有所下降,表明样品最佳的钙硫比在4.57~5.11之间;不同石灰石样品随温度升高,脱硫活性表现出明显差异,主要由于不同产地石灰石的碳酸钙结构不同导致.
This paper studies CFB combustion desulfurization activity of the different regions limestone,the different amount of limestone (different calcium sulfur ratio),the influence of different temperature on the activity of limestone desulfurization was researched.The result shows that:the choice of the limestone samples CaO content is generally greater than 50%; the best calcium sulfur ratio between 4.57 ~ 5.11; different limestone samples with the temperature increases,the desulfurization activity showed obvious difference,mainly caused by the different origin of calcium carbonate limestone structure.
