摘要
本法采用酸溶分离石墨矿中的碳酸盐的碳,450℃灰化滤纸及有机碳,950℃灼烧固定碳,差减法测定出矿物中固定碳的含量。通过调整原方法中灰化滤纸及有机碳的温度减少了在该环节中固定碳的损失,检测结果较为稳定。采用本法检测的多个试验项目的测试结果与地质勘查现场所描述的实际情况基本一致,高纯石墨粉的回收率稳定在97%以上。本法操作简便、成本低廉,提高了石墨矿中固定碳含量的检测速度,尤其适合含碳酸盐石墨矿中固定碳含量的测定。
Utilize the acid dissolve the carbonate component of the sample,burn offthe filter paper and organic carbon in the sample at 450℃,and then burn off the carbon in the sample at 950 ℃,contents of the weight difference are carbon.This method reduces the carbon loss by adjusting the temperature of combustion,the test results conform to the actual situation and carbon recovery rate reached more than 97%.This method is simple,rapidity,low cost and reproducible,particularly suitable for measuring the content of carbon in graphite ore containing carbonate.
