摘要
通过对能动中心5#高炉鼓风机2瓦轴承突发剧烈振动的现象和测试结果的分析及振动故障的诊断,提出了解决办法,在对2瓦轴承轴瓦进行处理后,机组恢复到正常运行状态。
Based on analyzing the phenomenon and testing result of the 2 bush bearing in 5# blast furnace blower of Energy occurred and Power Center suddenly severely vibration, the fault diagnosis was carried out and the solving method was pointed out. After treating, the unit resumed to operate normally.
