摘要
采用淀粉和苯乙烯合成了淀粉苯乙烯接枝共聚物,研究了它们的表面活性性质与分子量和接枝量之间的关系。结果表明淀粉苯乙烯接枝共聚物的起泡性和乳化力随产物分子量的增加而有所降低,泡沫稳定性和乳化稳定性与分子量和接枝量之间的关系较为复杂。
Starch styrene grafted polymers was prepared and their properties studied and it was showed that the foaming and the emulsification capability increased with the decrease of the molecular weight while the foam stability and emulsion stability of grafted polymer changed irregularly with the grafted degree and molecular weight.
