摘要
以r-丁内酯为起始原料,通过改变工艺条件和选用相转移催化剂使新工艺三步即可合成出医药中间体溴代环丙烷,与原五步法合成工艺相比,不但缩短了工艺流程,易于工业化生产,而且使总收率由32%提高到45%。
Using r - butyrolactone as the raw material, by selecting the optimum technical conditions and a phase transfer catalyst, The whole work was made up of three steps to synthesize bromocyclopropane. The overall yield was up from 35% to 45%. The reaction was easier to control and the cost was lower. This new method is more suitable for the industrial production.
