摘要
利用模拟的方法对不同型号类型柴油(-20#,-10#,0#,10#)的空穴特性做了研究,同时分析了空化特性对燃油雾化的影响,并且对计算模型做了验证。结果表明-20#,-10#,0#,10#柴油空穴程度依次增强。空穴大的燃油,喷孔出口空穴湍动能增强,流速较大。10#柴油相对其他柴油容易产生空穴。空穴也会影响喷孔截面流场分布,油束会偏离喷孔轴线。
Simulation method is used to study the characteristics of cavitations for the different types of diesel (-20#,-10#,0#,10#),to analyze the impact of cavitations to fuel atomization,and to carry out the calculation model validating.The results show that the level of cavitations in-20 #,-10 #,0 #,10 # diesel are successively enhanced.There is greater turbulent kinetic energy and flow rate in the spray hole with the type of diesel who has more cavitations.10 # diesel is more easily to produce cavitations relative to other diesel.The oil beam will deviate from the spray hole axis,because the cavitations will also affect the flow distribution of cross-sectional in spray hole.
