摘要
应用GT-Power软件,建立某发动机性能仿真模型,并对进气歧管与排气歧管主要结构参数进行优化计算,分析影响发动机性能的关键因素及影响规律,确定满足布置要求的纵置发动机的进气与排气歧管结构参数,台架试验验证了分析结果,并达到了纵置发动机的开发目标。
In this paper,the GT-Power model is built for the NA engine.Optimum analysis is done for the main parameters of intake and exhaust manifold,and the rules affecting on the engine performance are analyzed.According to the result and the layout of vehicle,the intake and exhaust manifolds for the longitudinal engine are designed.The test result shows that the analysis result is consistent with it and the engine performance is reached.
