摘要
目的:评价同一实验室不同检测系统检测WBC、RBC数、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(Hct)的偏差及临床可接受范围。方法:以Coulter LH750为比较检测系统,Sysmex XT-1800i为实验检测系统进行方法学比较,根据NCCLS EP9-A2文件要求,每天选取标本8份,在2个检测系统上分别进行WBC、RBC、HGB及Hct测定,共测定8 d,记录结果。采用Excel2000和SPSS13.0软件对所测结果进行统计分析,计算和评价两系统间的偏差。结果:两检测系统间WBC相关系数(r)=0.998,回归方程Y=0.970x+0.036 2;RBC r=0.997,Y=0.987x+0.009;HGB r=0.999,Y=0.992x+0.717;Hct r=0.998,Y=1.005x-0.002。结论:两检测系统对WBC、RBC、HGB及Hct的检测结果具有可比性。
Objective: To evaluate bias and clinical acceptability ofWBC, RBC, hemoglobin (HGB), haemat (Hct)results among different detection systems. Method: Coulter LH750 was set up as the comparison system, and Sysmex XT-1800i as the laboratory system. According to the profile ofNCCLS EP9-A2 document, 8 samples were chosen to test WBC, RBC, HGB, Hct on two systems for 8 days. Results were analyzed and the bais were evaluated between the two systems with SPSS 13.0 and Excel2000. Results: Between Coulter LH750 and Sysmex XT- 1800i, the correlation coefficient of WBC is r=0.998, the regression equation is ~/=0.970x+0.036 2; RBC r=0.997, ~/=0.987x+0.009; HGB r=0.999, ~/=0.992x+0.717; Hct r=0.998, ~(=1.005x-0.002. Conclusion: The results ofWBC. RBC. HGB. Hct between two detection systems were in the clinical acceptable range.
