关于中国国家公园顶层设计有关问题的设想

Proposal on related issues about top design of national park in China

建立国家公园体制,需要做好顶层设计,既要符合中国国情又要和国际接轨。本文借鉴国际通行的国家公园做法,结合云南省国家公园试点建设的经验,论证了我国建立国家公园体制的路径和方法,提出了借建立国家公园体制契机,重构中国的保护地体系的设想建议。

To establish the national park system, we need a top design which conforms to both China＇s reality and the trend of the world. By learning from the prevailing international practices of national park and the experience of pilot construction on national park in Yunnan province, this article raised the proposal of reconstructing the protected area system by the chance of establishing national park system based on the demonstration of the approaches and methods on the establishment of national park system.
