摘要
光伏产业是我国未来发展战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分,多年来在政府大力支持下取得了飞跃发展,但近期美国、欧盟等发达国家发起"双反"使光伏产业遭遇了前所未有的打击,这暴露出光伏产业存在着一些迫切需要被解决的问题。从补贴制度、行业整合、国内需求、外部挑战等多个方面分析了光伏产业发展的主要制约因素,并针对性的提出了解决对策,对我国光伏产业"破冰"之旅提供了一定的指导意义。
Photovoltaic industry is an important part of the development of strategic emerging industries in China in the future, for many years in government support has made rapid development, but recently the United States of America, the European Union and other developed countries launched the ＂dual＂ to the photovoltaic industry suffered a hitherto unknown attack, which exposed the photovoltaic industry there are some urgent need to be solved. This paper analyzes the main fac- tors restricting the development of photovoltaic industry from many aspects of subsidy system, integration of the industry, domestic demand, external challenges, and solutions are put forward in this paper, provides some guidance to China＇ S pho- tovoltaic industry ＂ice breaking＂.
