Research on Patent Cooperation Network Structure Based on the Course “Food Science and Engineering”

摘要 以中国“食品科学与工程”学科高校为研究对象,绘制了“食品科学与工程”学科排名前30名的高校与其他高校、研究机构以及食品制造企业之间的产发明专利合作网络,分析了2001-2012年期间合作网络结构及空间分布的演化路径。研究结果表明,食品科学与工程类高校与高校、高校与企业子网中呈现出不同的网络结构路径。 In the paper, the invention patent cooperation network is drawn for the colleges and universities ranking top 30 in terms of “food science and engineering” with other colleges and universities, research institutions and food manufac- turing enterprises with the colleges and universities specialized in “food science and engineering” in China as the research objects, and the evolution pathway for the structure and spatial distribution of the cooperation network from 2001 to 2012 is analyzed. The research result indicates that the network structure pathway between food science and engineering colleges and universities and other colleges and universities is different from the pathway in the subnetwork between colleges and u- niversities and enterprises.
