摘要
以铝合金玻纤复合层板为研究对象。从金属层接缝界面端应力场分析出发,建立有限元模型,确定位移边界条件和载荷边界条件。利用有限元方法模拟出不同接缝宽度在常温下的热残余应力。通过实验得出常温和高温条件下的各个接缝宽度试样的破坏拉伸载荷。考察接缝大小对残余应力的影响和分布,从而研究其对铝合金玻纤复合层板拉伸性能的影响。
Taking glass fiber reinforced aluminum laminates as the object of the study .Based on stress analyses near an interface edge of dissimilar materials, establish the finite element model and define the displacement boundary conditions and load boundary conditions. Use FEM to simulate the thermal residual stress of different joint width at room temperature. Through experiments, get all Fracture loading of the joint width specimen tensile load under the condition of normal temperature and high temperature. Check the influence of residual stress in joint width and its distribution to get their effects on the tensile properties of glass fiber reinforced aluminum laminates.
