摘要 简介了PAN基碳纤维原丝纺丝技术的发展进程。结合目前全球主要PAN基碳纤维生产企业碳纤维原丝产品的生产方法、专利及学术研究情况,分别对湿法纺丝、干喷湿纺、凝胶纺丝、静电纺丝、熔融纺丝等PAN基碳纤维原丝典型的纺丝技术以及知识产权情况进行了阐述和分析。指出我国碳纤维技术仍处于入门阶段,其发展受许多重要因素制约,必须把我国碳纤维产业化发展提升到国家战略高度予以重视。 The development process of PAN-based carbon fibers was briefly introduced in this paper. Wet- spinning, dry-jet wet spinning, gel-spinning, electro-spinning and melt-spinning methods were introduced and compared combining with the analysis of spinning technology for different carbon fiber precursor products, patents and research works of several famous carbon fiber manufacturers. It is indicated that the carbon fiber technology development of domestic manufacturers is just at the beginning and is influenced by many key factors. Therefore, great importance should be attached to the carbon fiber industrialization of our country, based on the national strategy.
