摘要
目的比较两种VBM算法对阿尔茨海默病(AD)MR图像分析效果。方法利用优化VBM算法和DARTEL算法对14例AD患者和23名健康对照者的MR图像进行分析,并对其全脑灰质进行基于体素的统计学比较。结果两种方法分析结果显示在海马、杏仁核等区域的灰质萎缩程度基本一致,但优化VBM算法有个别区域的簇比用DARTEL算法的要小,有部分区域则未见报告。结论在MR图像分析上,DARTEL算法比优化VBM算法更有利于阿尔茨海默病的诊断。
Objective To compare two VBM arithmetics based on MR/ofAlzheimer's disease (AD). Methods MRI of 14 AD patients and 23 healthy controls was analyzed by the optimized VBM and DARTEL arithmetics, and the gray matter voxel volumes of the whole brain were calculated. Results Both methods were similar depiction in the grey matter atrophy of the hippocampus, amygdala and so on. However, the clusters of some anatomic regions were smaller or absent using the optimized VBM compared with the DARTEL. Conclusion DARTEL is superior to the optimized VBM for MRI diagnosis of AD.
