脓毒症患者血浆可溶性髓样细胞触发受体-1水平与病情的相关性研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察脓毒症患者血浆可溶性髓样细胞触发受体-1(sTREM-1)水平与其病情严重程度的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测20例严重脓毒症患者和25例脓毒性休克患者ICU后第1、3、7天的血浆sTREM-1水平,并对患者的病情进行APACHE II评分与SOFA评分。结果严重脓毒症组患者入ICU后第1、3、7天血浆sTREM-1水平分别为(473.14±260.84)、(392.11±154.05)、(262.58±133.32)ng/L,脓毒性休克组患者则分别为(1 070.33±545.61)ng/L、(928.97±638.53)ng/L、(693.62±485.87)ng/L,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);脓毒症休克组APACHEII评分和SOFA评分较严重脓毒症组明显升高(P<0.01);两组患者血浆sTREM-1水平与APACHE II评分和SOFA评分均呈正相关(相关系数分别0.495、0.610,均P<0.05)。结论 sTREM-1与脓毒症患者病情严重程度呈正相关。
