摘要
为实现开炉成功并使电炉顺行,阐述了锰硅合金矿热炉新开炉工艺中焦烘炉、电烘炉和电极糊烧结的过程,有针对性地制定了烘炉制度,并给出了详实的图表和数据,提出用旧电极直接送电开炉的尝试:送电前期应使电极缓慢升温,后期电极尽快插入炉料,缓慢增加负荷,完成少量下放电极的烧结。实践证明,只要控制得当将会收到较好的效果。
In order to achieve successful blow-in and make the furnace operate smooth, it expounds the heating-up process by coke and electricity supply respectively as well as sintering of electrode paste in the new blow-in for ferromanganese-silicon submerged-arc furnace, and works out the heating-up system specially. In view of detailed chart and data, it brings up the method of trying to power on directly with used electrode.In the earlier stage of power transmission, the temperature of the electrodes should rise slowly, and in the later stage, the electrodes should be getted into the furnace charge as soon as possible. In the same time, the load should be raised slowly to get the small section of the electrodes dropped finished sintered. It's proved that it can get better effect through well control.
