摘要
为提高原料配料的精准度,简要介绍了PLC在铁合金生产配料中的具体应用。包括从现场工艺的需求到配料系统采用的设备(如电子称、PLC及上位机)和设备所采用的软件,以及现场生产的控制过程。实践证明,该系统控制准确,减少了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
In order to enhance the accuracy of the raw material burdening,briefly introduced the specific application of PLC in the burdening of ferroalloy production,including from die needs of the spot process to the equipment of burdening system(such as electronic scale,PLC and upper computer) and the software of the whole system,even to the control process of the spot production.Through practice,the system controls correct,it can reduce the labor greatfully and increase the production effects.
