摘要
为充分利用冶炼FeV80产生的炉渣,采用X射线衍射分析和化学成分分析确定了V_2O_3电铝热法冶炼FeV80炉渣的物相组成和化学组成,通过工业试验研究了炉渣捣制炉衬的可行性和经济性。结果表明:炉渣熔化性温度为1800~1850℃,全部采用炉渣捣制炉衬冶炼FeV80,可减轻炉衬浸蚀程度,增强合金质量控制能力,钒冶炼收得率可提高0.2%以上。
In order to make the best use of the slag from smelting V^O3 with electro-aluminothermic process,The phase composition and chemical composition of the FeV80 slag was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis and chemical analysis. It researched the feasibility and economy of slag by refractory in industrial test. It's showed that, the melting point of slag produced in FeV80 smelting is between 1 800-1 850℃. It's also known that the slag can be used as furnace lining, and can be reduced the lining erosion rate, enhanced ferrovanadium quality control capabilities, while the vanadium recoveries can be improved by more than 0.2%.
