餐具催干剂就是能使被洗器皿在最后漂洗过程中彻底润湿 ,以达到漂洗液快速而均匀地从器皿上流下 ,从而使器皿快速干燥并防止器皿表面留下斑膜和条纹。主要综述了机用餐具催干剂的组成及作用 。
Rinsing agent is to minimize spotting and promote f aster drying,by causing the rinse water to sheet off the clean dishes evenly and quickly.This paper reviews components and function of said composition,and its developing prospect home.
