环境治理与化学方法防治蚊虫效果的比较 被引量:2

COMPARISON ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MOSQUITO CONTROL: ENVIRONMENTAL ADMINISTRATION AND CHEMICAL CONTROL

摘要 本文比较环境治理与化学方法防治蚊虫的效果。2012年8月20日至10月14日在珠海市香洲区的居民区选取7个区域,其中2个作为环境治理实验区,3个作为化学防治实验区,2个作为对照区。使用诱蚊灯和诱蚊诱卵器连续监测蚊密度8周,第4周分别在环境治理实验区清除外环境蚊虫孳生地和发放宣传资料,在化学防治实验区采用低容量喷雾技术喷洒高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂。诱蚊诱卵器监测结果显示,环境治理实验区前后4周存在统计学差异,处理后诱蚊诱卵指数明显高于处理前;化学防治实验区前后4周存在统计学差异,处理后诱蚊诱卵指数明显低于处理前。采用适当的化学防治方法可以明显降低白纹伊蚊成蚊密度,并有持效性。白纹伊蚊的孳生地分布较为广泛,仅仅清除部分孳生地,并不能明显降低白纹伊蚊成蚊密度。 To compare the effectiveness of mosquito control by environmental administration and chemical methods, seven regions in Xiangzhou District in Zhuhai City were selected, including two experimental areas of environmental governance, three experimental areas for chemical control and two control areas. Mosquito and fly trap and mosq-ovitrap were used to monitor mosquito density for eight weeks from August 20 to October 14, 2012. In the fourth week, the outdoor environment of mosquito breeding sites was cleaned up and propaganda materials were provided in the administrated area for environmental administration. On the other hand, Lambda-cyhalothrin-CS was sprayed with low-volume spraying technique in the test area for chemical control. The results showed that the environmental administration have no effect on mosquito controlling, while chemical spraying provides remarkable results on Aedes albopictus controlling (comparison between 4- weeks before and after spraying, P = 0. 000). Environmental administration involves too many people and influencing factors in health education and cleaning of breeding sites and further researches were need. Opportune chemical control may provide satisfied and sustainable effectiveness.
