摘要
用水合肼 /双氧水 /硫酸亚铁催化体系对羧基丁苯橡胶 (XSBR )胶乳加氢 ,制备氢化羧基丁苯橡胶 (HXS BR)。探讨了用碘量法测定XSBR不饱和度和HXSBR氢化度的条件 ,得到了以庚醇与四氯化碳的混合试剂 [V(庚醇 )∶V(四氯化碳 ) =0 .12∶1]为溶剂 ,反应时间为 1.5h ,温度为 40~ 45℃的碘量法可以较好地测定HXSBR氢化度 ,并用溶度参数相近规则选择并解释所用溶剂。
Hydrogenated carboxylated styrene butadiene rubber(HXSBR) was prepared by hydrogenating carboxylated styrene butadiene rubber(XSBR)latex with hydrazine hydrate hydrogen peroxide ferrous sulfate system.Conditions in determining unsaturation degree of XSBR and hydrogenation degree of HXSBR via iodometry method were studied.The results showed that the hydrogenation degree of HXSBR could be accurately determined by iodometry method under conditions of using carbon tetrachloride and haptanol as mixed solvent,reaction time of 1.5h,reaction temperature at 40~45℃.The solvent chosen in the iodometry method was explained by the “like dissolves like”and solubility parameter.
