企业信息化建设是庞大、系统的工程项目,如果切入点选择不好不但会给企业带来投资损失,也会阻碍信息系统的持续建设,从而降低企业管理提升的效果与企业发展速度。本文作者通过案例分析,首先简述了企业信息化建设入手点选择的重要性,强调了以财务为入手点开展企业信息化建设的影响;随后,阐述了以财务为切入点开展的企业信息化建设的方式,并提出系统建设的主要风险。
