摘要
本文介绍了非接触式IC卡预收费电度表的工作原理(将电压、电流进行A/D转换,再将采样值相乘并累计,得到用户消耗的电度数)和硬件电路;讨论了其工作过程,给出了程序流程图。智能IC卡电能表运用脉冲扫描解决了收费难问题,保障了供电公司和消费者双方的利益不受侵害。给人们工作和生活带来了极大的便利。
this paper introduces the working principle of non-contact IC card YuShouFei electricity meter（voltage and current to A/D conversion,then the sampling value multiplication and accumulative total,be the user of electric power consumption）and the hardware circuit;Discuss its working process,the program flow chart is given. Smart IC card watt-hour meter using pulse solves the charge for difficult problems,protect the interests of both sides of the power supply companies and consumers are not violated. Work and life has brought great convenience to people.
