摘要
建于深厚软土上的某九层综合楼主体完工后产生了严重的不均匀沉降 ,经采用锚杆静压桩法加固 ,同时采用加载法、射水法和掏土法对建筑物进行综合促沉纠偏 ,实践表明效果良好。
Severe unequal settlement is formed when a nine-story building is built on deep thick soft soil. The static press anchored pile, loading method, water-jetting method and digging out soil method are comprehensively used to reinforce the foundation and rectify deviation of the building. Engineering practice proves that the effect is satisfactory.
