如何使高层住宅获得更多的室外美景是我们当前面临的一个迫切任务。文章从住宅平面选型、套型朝向及套型分布三方面介绍高层住宅套型观景策略,旨在对我国高层住宅的设计有所启示。
It is an urgent task to make he dwellers in the High-rise Housing to view the sight outside, the paper introduces some strategies from the type of plane, the twards of plane, and the distribution of plane, in order to give some inspirations for the design of High-rise Housing.
