我国住宅产业化现在还处于初步发展阶段,而发达国家的住宅产业化已经走过了较长的时期并进入了成熟应用的阶段.通过学习与借鉴发达国家住宅产业化的发展历程以及经验,可以使我们在住宅产业化的进程中少走弯路,更快更好地推进我国住宅产业化的进程。本文通以发达国家如美国、日本、法国、瑞典以及澳大利亚等发展住宅产业化的过程为例,分析总结了可为我国住宅产业化推进所借鉴的经验。

The residential industriaiization of our country is still in the preliminary stages of development, while the development of residential industrialization of developed countries has gone through a long period and entered an advanced stage. Studying and simulating development history and experience of residential industrialization of developed countries can help us avoid detours in the development of residential industrialization of our country, promoting the process of residential industrialization better and faster. This paper obtained thoughts and apocalypse based on the analysis of the residential industrialization development history and experience of developed countries such as America, Japan, France, Sweden and Australia.
