三点微切口重睑术184例临床观察

Clinical observation of three-pointmicro-incision upper eyelidplasty in 184 cases

目的：改进三点微切口重睑术效果更持久的方法。方法：在重睑线距内、外眦各5mm和黄金点处切开三个3mm长切口，剪除切口下及切口间眼轮匝肌，7-0单丝尼龙线行睑板前筋膜与切口上下缘真皮内翻缝合。结果：本组病例184例，随访3～12月，重睑弧度流畅，形态自然，切口痕迹不显。结论：经过改良的三点微切口重睑术，术后肿胀轻，恢复快，效果持久、可靠。

Objective To improve three-point micro-incision upper eyelidplasty to make the post- operation result be more endurable. Methods To cut three 3mm-length incisions separately at the place 5mm away from internal canthus,external canthus of eyelid and golden point, wipe off the orbicularis oculi muscle under the incision and the orbicularis oculi muscle between the incision, and inverting suture the front fascia of tarsus with dermis on the upper and lower edge of incision by 7-0 nylon monofilament. Results There are 184 cases in this group, follow-up visit for 3-12 months, the arch of double eyelid is smooth, the form is nature, and the incision trace is not obvious. Conclusion： for the improved three-point micro-incision upper eyelidplasty, after operation, the swelling is slight, the recovery is quick and the effectiveness is endurable and reliable.
