红外线(IR)与窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合治疗白癜风的疗效观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的:研究红外线紫外线(ultravio1et infrared,UI)联合治疗与紫外线(U1travio1et,UVB)、红外线(infrared,IR)单独治疗对稳定期白癜风患者患处皮肤的疗效和安全性。方法:对34例白癜风患者,分别选取三处皮损,给予UVB、IR、UI治疗。照射部位均每周照射2次,每月为一个疗程,连续3个疗程做出评价。结果:疗效:34例患者经uI治疗的有效率为64.71%,高于红外治疗有效率(20.59%)和紫外线治疗的有效率(38.23%),卡方检验显示差异具有显著性(X2=14.29,P〈0.01)。部位差异:UI联合治疗,对于不同部位的有效率为:躯干〉面颈部〉四肢〉手足,但无显著性差异(X^2=5.38,P-=I.146)。不良反应:IR组无患者出现不良反应,NB-UVB组8例患者局部出现不良反应,UI组12例患者在治疗过程中出现类似不良反应,停止照射3~5天后症状消退。结论:本次试验结果显示:UI联合治疗对稳定期白癜风皮损的疗效明显好于UVB或者IR单独治疗。 Objective To study influences of ultraviolet infrared treatment, single UVB treatment,and single IR treatment on skin of 34 vitiligo patients at stable stage.To compare efficacy and safety of different intervention conditions. Methods Thirty four vitiligo patients at stable stage ere recruited in this study. Three skin lesions of each patient were chosen for ultraviolet (UVB),infrared (IR), ultraviolet infrared (UI) treatment.Each site was radiated twice a week and the efficacy was observed once a month.Every three months was a course of therapy. Results Efficacy:In 34 patients with stable vitiligo,the effective rate of UI was 64.71%,which was higher than IR group (20.59%) and UVB group (38.23% ).Chi -square tests showed significant difference between these groups (X2=14.29,P〈0.01). Different sites:UI treatment had different effective rates for different sites:trunk 〉 the face and neck 〉 limbs〉hands and feet. However,no significant difference was noticed (X2=5.38,P=1.146).Side effects: No adverse effects was noticed in IR group.In the NB-UVB group,local adverse effects were noticed in 8 patients.In the UI group,we noticed side effects in 10 cases,but symptoms subsided 3days N 5 days after cease of irradiation. Conclusion The clinical results have proved: UI therapy has better efficacy for lesions of stable vitiligo than single UVB or IR treatment.
