摘要 目的:探讨Er:YAG激光用于残根保存修复前牙周手术处理的临床效果。方法:采用Er:YAG激光对32颗已经做过完善根管治疗的残根进行修复前牙周手术,其中13颗行牙龈切除术、19颗行牙冠延长术,术后采用桩核及牙冠修复。修复后3、6个月进行随访。结果:接受治疗的患牙牙龈颜色、形态基本正常;修复体边缘密合性良好。结论:应用Er:YAG激光进行牙周手术出血少、患者痛苦小、手术时间短、术后恢复快,提高了临床残根保存治疗中牙周手术的效率,能够取得可靠的修复效果。 Objective To discuss the clinical curative effects on the periodontal surgery of residual roots by Er:YAG lasers before restoration. Methods Gingivectomy,crown lengthening by Er:YAG lasers were used to deal with the 13 and 19 endodontically treated root respectively beforerestoration, then restoration with post-core crowns and 3 months to 6 months follow-up were carried out. Results The color and shape of gingival keeps normal,and the marginal fitness of restoration are quite well. Conclusion The restoration of residual roots with preliminary periodontal surgery using the Er:YAG lasers is either convenient or effective.
