火针联合果酸治疗痤疮疗效观察

Study on therapy effect of fire needling combined with fruit acid on the acene

目的:观察火针联合果酸治疗痤疮的疗效。方法:60例患者,随机分为采用火针联合果酸治疗的观察组和采用单纯果酸治疗的对照组,其中两组均对痤疮区域进行20%浓度的果酸治疗,每半个月1次,总共4次;观察组中患者进行果酸治疗后加用火针治疗,每周1次。结果:观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为83.3%、63.3%,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,组间疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合果酸治疗痤疮疗效显著、安全性高,极具临床推广价值。

Objective To study the therapy effect of fire needling combined with fruit acid on the acene. Methods The patients were randomly divided into fire needling and fruit acid group, among which, two groups were applied with 20% fruit acid ,once every half a month, total four times therapy; experiment group was applied with both fruit acid treatment and then xx treatment once every week. Results The effective rate was 83.3%,63.3%,separately, and the effective rate in experiment group was better than control group, there was significantly difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion fire needling combine with fruit acid has significant therapy effect on the acene, high safety and has the value to be applied to clinic.
