科技金融支持物联网产业发展的效果评价——以江苏省为例

Research on Effectiveness Evaluation of IOT Industry Development Supported by S&T Finance :The Case of Jiangsu Province

目前,科技金融在促进我国战略性新兴产业发展方面发挥了重要的作用,科技金融支持物联网产业创新发展的效果日益显现。本文基于SAD分析法,构建了科技金融支持物联网产业发展的"因素-效果"模型,以甄别影响其发展效果的关键因素,并运用模糊综合评价分析法,对江苏省无锡、南京和苏州市科技金融支持物联网产业发展的效果进行了实证分析。结果表明,无锡的科技金融支持物联网联网产业发展取得的效果最好,而南京和苏州则需要将科技金融资源进一步整合。最后,本文提出科技与金融结合以进一步推动物联网产业发展的对策建议。

Scienlific and lechnological （S＆T） finance greatly promotes the deveh＊pmenl of strategic emerging induslries and Ihe effici-ncy of lhe Internet of Things （IOT） industl.＇y. Through SAD analytical approach, this paper builds a ＂factor-effect＂ model which is based on the fact thai lOT indnstry development is supported by the S＆T finance, aiming to screen the key factors which affecl ils develnpment efficiency. The authors lake empirical analysis on the effect that S＆T finance promotes lOT industry development in Wuxi, Nanjing and Suzhou through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation （FCE） method. The results show that Wnxi gains the best effecl among the three cities, while Nanjing and Snzhou need to further integrate S＆T and finance resource. Lastly. this paper gives suggestion on further integrating S＆T and finance to promote lOT industry, development.
