企业碳减排内生机制研究

Research on Firm's Endogenous System for Carbon Emission Abatement

我国正在推进碳交易机制建设,经营环境压力不断"倒逼"企业必须加强温室气体减排,以寻求生存和发展,而内生机制建设是企业加强碳减排的关键。阐释了企业面临的来自国内外的多重压力,以及企业加强碳减排内生机制建设的紧迫性和必要性;分析了企业在内生机制建设上存在的问题,构建了基于成本效益方式减排的企业内生机制,研究了该机制培育和发展的关键步骤,提出了内生机制建设的保障措施。

China is promoting the construction of carbon trade system, the stress from operating environment conversely forces firms to abate greenhouse emission inevitably for their existence and development, and however corporations＇endogenous system is the key for carbon emission abatement. The paper explained multiple stresses from inner and outer China the firms face and the urgency and necessity of establishing firm＇s endogenous system for carbon emission abatement; analyzed the problems in the construction of endogenous system; built the endogenous system based on a cost-effective manner; worked over the key steps for the system＇s cultivation and development; proposed the guarantee measures for the construction of endogenous system.
