摘要
[目的]观察富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)对兔牙槽骨的修复作用.[方法]将白兔分为4个组,将每只白兔的双侧下颌同名牙拔除,将左侧拔牙窝作为实验组,拔牙后即刻充填PRF;右侧拔牙窝作为对照组,拔牙后以明胶海绵填充.每组白兔均分别在术后第2,4,8,12周处死,观察牙槽骨的修复情况.[结果]术后2,4周实验组牙槽嵴高度与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).实验组拔牙创区牙槽骨骨密度与对照组相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).[结论]PRF对牙槽骨缺损有明显的促进愈合作用,可减少牙槽嵴的吸收,维持牙槽嵴的高度,尤其在修复早期这种效果更明显,提高新生骨组织的骨密度.
OBJECTIVE To study the repairing effect of platelet rich fibrin (PRF) to alveolar bon in rabbits. METHODS 24 of white rabbits were divided into 4 groups, the same name teethes on bilateral mandibule were extracted in each rabbit, and the left side teeth socket filled immediately with the PRF was as experiment group, and the right side teeth socket with gelatin sponge was as control group. The rabbits were respectively sacrificed at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of postoperation, and the repair of alveolar bone was observed. RESULTS The height of alveolar ridge at 2 and 4 weeks of postoperation and the alveolar bone density in experiment group had significant differences as compared with the control group (P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION The PRF has obvious effects to promote the healing of alveolar bone defect, and reduces the absorption of alveolar ridge and maintains the height of alveolar ridge, especially in the early stage of rehabilitation, and increases the bone density of new bone tissue.
