某高校护理学实验教学质量评价调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探讨影响护理实验教学质量评价的影响因素并对其进行分析.[方法]采用问卷调查法,对护理学专业357名本科生和712名专科生进行问卷调查.[结果]学生对实验教学质量的评价得分为42.63±7.49,处于较高水平,对教学能力、教学准备及实验过程的得分均较高,评价相对偏低.不同层次、年龄及性别学生对护理学实验教学质量的评价得分间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验教学满意度总分为1.18±2.27,处于较低水平,年龄及学制与实验教学过程满意度间有差异(P<0.05).[结论]实验教学管理者和实验教师应推进实验教学改革,不断探索实验教学质量提高途径,不断完善护理学实验教学质量评价体系. OBJECTIVE To study and analyze the affecting factors of experiment teaching quality evaluation. METHODS 357 undergraduate students and 712 special nurses were surveyed by using the questionnaire method. RESULTS Student ' s evaluation score of teaching quality was 42.63 ±7.49, and it was in a high level, and the teaching ability, teaching process had high preparation and experiment scores, but the evaluation was relatively lower. The experiment teaching quality evaluation in dltterent levels, age aria gender statistically significant between scores (P 〈 0.05), and the total score of satisfaction for experiment teaching was 1.18 ± 2.27, and it was in a low level, and there was a significant difference in the degree of satisfaction of age and education system as well as experimental teaching process (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Nursing administrators should promote the reforms of experimental teaching, optimize teaching staffs, and pay attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.
