摘要
目的:了解我区老年人群患病情况,掌握老年疾病发展规律,为老年患者疾病的防治和研究以及医疗保障等方面提供参考资料。方法收集佛山市某区1家区级三甲医院和7家镇级二甲医院的2008-2010年老年患者的病案首页数据库,疾病分类采用出院主要诊断,应用Excel和SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果老年住院患者逐年增多;区三甲医院男性多于女性,镇二甲医院女性多于男性;循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织疾病和肿瘤为系统性疾病的前5位;65~74岁年龄段男性多于女性,75岁及以上则女性多于男性;前10位单病种疾病中,循环系统疾病占4种;肿瘤病人病死率最高;3年中城市居民住院费用占年人均可支配收入的32.63%~38.86%,农村居民住院费用占人均纯收入的39.00%~44.95%。结论应加强对老年人的健康宣教,提高其对疾病的防范意识,完善医疗保健体系,以适应社会老龄化的需求。
Objective To learn the prevalence and development of diseases of old people in our district and provide data of prevention , research and medical care for the diseases of old people .Methods The medical record database of old patients were collected and analyzed using Excelland SPSS 13.0 software in a hospital of first-rate A level one district grade 3 A and seven town hospitals of second-rate A level in one district of Foshan city from 2008 to 2010 .Diagnosis made during discharge was used for the classification of diseases and Excelland SPSS 13.0 were used for statistical analysis.Results The old inpatients were in-creasing year by year.Male patients were more than female patients in the hospital of first-rate A level while female patients were more in town hospitals of second-rate A level.Circulatory, respiratory, digestive, musculoskeletal, connective tissue diseases and tumors were the top 5 systemic diseases.Males were more than females from 65 years old to 74 years old while females were more over the age of 75.Circulatory system diseases accounted for 4 in the top 10 single diseases.The mortality was the highest in tumor patients.During these 3 years, the hospitalization expenses accounted for 32.63%~38.86%of annual per-capita dis-posable income in urban residents while it accounted for 39.00% ~44.95% in rural residents.Conclusion We should strengthen health education, improve the awareness of preventing diseases, and improve the health care system in order to adapt to the aging of the society.
