摘要
研究并介绍了Levapren 5 0 0HVEVM橡胶用于低烟无卤阻燃船用电缆护套橡胶配方。侧重点放在了阻燃性能的研究。采用该配方生产的成品电缆 ,经国家电线电缆监督检验中心测试 ,不但各项指标达到标准要求 ,就其烟、卤及成束阻燃 (A类 )等关键性能指标 ,所测数值与标准相比 ,具有较大余度。
The formulation of Levapren 500HV EVM used to the cable sheath for low-smoke and halogenfree flame retardant shipboard was developed.The flame retardance was studied emphatically.The results showed that the all performance of the finished cable fulfil standard requirements and the values of some key norms ie.fume smoke,halogen content and beam fire resistance (Category A)etc. were superior than that of standard.
