摘要
目的:观察和评价Er:YAG/Nd:YAG激光在根尖外科手术中应用的临床效果。方法:应用Er:YAG/Nd:YAG双波长激光进行23例根尖切除及倒充填术,以同一术者前1年常规根尖手术39例作为对照组。于术后3、6、12个月复诊,记录患者术后并发症的发病情况,并根据1年后临床检查及X线评价术后疗效。结果:两组术后并发症的发病情况具有统计学差异(P<0.05),而两组间成功率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Er:YAG/Nd:YAG激光应用于根尖外科手术,可以达到理想的治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of root-end surgery with Er∶YAG/Nd∶YAG laser.Methods 23 cases with refractory apical periodontitis were accepted the root-end surgery,Surgical procedures included focus of infection removal,periapical curettage with Er∶YAG,sterilization with Nd∶YAG and root-end filling with silver amalgam.39 cases accepted traditional root-end surgery by the same operator were analyzed as a historic control group.Postoperative complications and the success rate were evaluated by clinical and radiographic check results.Results The statistical results indicated that the incidence of postoperative complications of laser group was statistically lower than that of the historic control group （P＜0.05）,while the success rate betweentwo groups showed no significant difference（P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion The application of Er∶YAG/Nd∶YAG laser in the root-end surgery may result in a predictable treatment outcome in the teeth with refractory periradicular lesions.
