乌灵胶囊联合果酸治疗痤疮疗效观察

Therapy effect observation of Wuling capsule combined with fruit acids on acne

目的:观察乌灵胶囊联合果酸治疗痤疮的疗效及患者治疗前后的生活质量。方法:将80例痤疮患者随机分成乌灵胶囊联合果酸治疗的观察组和单纯果酸治疗的对照组,其中两组均对痤疮区域进行20%浓度的果酸治疗,每15天1次,总共4次;观察组中每天口服3次乌灵胶囊。结果:观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为87.55%、70.15%,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊联合果酸治疗痤疮疗效显著,安全性高,对患者的生活质量有较大程度的提高及改善,可临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the synergistic effect of wu ling capsule and acne,the quality of life of patients before and aftertherapy.Methods Eighty cases of acne patients were randomly divided into two groups as following：Wuling capsule and fruit acid treatment is experiment group and fruit acid treatment is control group.both goups used 20％ concentration pure fruit acid treatment for acne area every half month,a total of four times.In the experiment group oral Wuling capsule as additional treatment three times a day.Results Total effective rate of observation group and control group were 92.1％ and 61.5％ separately.and curative effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Wuling capsule in combination with acidity acne has significant therapeutic effect,and improve the the life quality of patients to a great extent with high safety and worth clinical promotion.
