丙酮酸激酶M2型(PKM2)入核机制和核内作用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 传统观点认为丙酮酸激酶M2型(pyruvate kinase M2,PKM2)通过催化肿瘤细胞糖代谢来促进肿瘤细胞生长。近年来研究发现除了酶催化功能外,PKM2还能通过多种途径进入细胞核,在核内作为蛋白激酶广泛参与转录调控、蛋白修饰等过程。本文将就这方面的研究成果作一综述。 Conventional views states that the pyruvate kinase M2 (PKM2) enhances the growth of cancer cells via catalying glucose metabolism. However,many recent studies have reaveled that PKM2 can he translocated into nucleus where it functions more vitally than catalying though a variety of ways. As a protein kinase, PKM2 widely participants in transciptional regulation and protein modification in the nucleus. These literatures will be briefly recapitulated in this review.
