摘要
对啮合型、切向型与可变间隙型密炼机的试用性能进行了试验比较 ,结果表明 :改变转子间隙可实现高均匀性、高分散性、高效率的连续混炼。在混炼NR、CR、BR、SBR、NBR、IIR、EPR、EPDM、CSM、FKM、ACM和PDMS时 ,用可变间隙的啮合型转子一次混炼 ,可取代切向型转子的二段混炼 ,生产能力增加 9% ,能耗降低 11% ,周期缩短 43 %。
Comparing the capabilities of variable rotors clearance mixer with that of meshing mixer and tangential mixer,it was found that a high homogeneity,dispersibility and effective continuous mixing was achieved by changing the variable rotors clearance.As NR,CR,BR,SBR,NBR,IIR,EPR,EPDM,CSM,FKM,ACM and PDMS were mixed,one step mixing of meshing rotors with variable clearance was substituted for final mixing of tangential rotors,the production capacity was increased in 9%,the energy consume was reducted in 11% and the period was shortened in 43%.
