脾脏炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤一例

摘要 脾脏炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤（splenicinflammatorymyofi—broblasfictumor，SIMT）是一种罕见的脾脏间叶性真性良性肿瘤”“。炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤（inflammatorymyofibroblastictumor，IMT）多发生于单一脏器，肺为IMT最好发部位，也可发生于肺外任何器官，如眼眶、膀胱等。而SIMT更为罕见，文献均为个案报道。我院1984年以来收治1例SIMT患者，现报告如下。
