摘要
临床资料病例1．男，16岁。心前区针刺伤致胸痛17h。金体：体温37．4℃，脉搏103次／分．帆压126／74mmHg，神志清楚，上腹部剑突下见-0．6cm×0．6cm皮肤裂口。
