硫化氢在心搏骤停后的脑保护作用
摘要
心搏骤停是最危急的临床疾病,发生率和病死率很高。随着院前急救水平和生命支持技术的进步,心搏骤停患者的自主循环恢复率有了明显的提高,但是出院存活率并未得到明显的改善。其主要原因在于心搏骤停后机体经历了完全的缺血,导致全身多个脏器功能严重受损,自主循环恢复后机体又发生了严重的再灌注损伤,进一步加重了脏器功能损害,这一病理生理过程被命名为心搏骤停后综合征…。大脑是体内对缺血缺氧最敏感的脏器,相当一部分心搏骤停患者在自主循环恢复后会遗留永久性的神经功能障碍。
