高龄股骨转子间骨折患者围手术期隐性失血的原因分析 被引量：22

摘要 股骨转子间骨折发生率占全部骨折的3％～4％，占髋部周围骨折的35．7％^[1]。高龄患者多采用牵引等传统的保守治疗方法，但长期卧床更易导致多种危及生命的严重并发症。近年来，微创内固定手术（PFNA）治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折已成为首选方式。但在临床应用过程中却观察到，患者术中、
